On 6 October 2022, Europa-Union Luxembourg (EUL) organised an event at the Foyer Européen together with the European Commission in Luxembourg, the European Parliament Information Office and the EIB. The response was very great.

The audience was welcomed by Christoph Schröder (Head of the EP Information Office & member of the EUL). Introductory words by Elina Kamenitzer (EIB).

Under the title "Climate Action: What will Europe do, and what should Europe do?", several panellists debated:

- Anne Calteux, European Commission

- Marc Angel, MEP (S&D), member of EUL

- Christophe Hansen, MEP (EPP), member of EUL

- Dr. Björn Bronger, EIB green staff, member of EUL

- Luke Haywood, Policy Manager Climate and Energy at the European Environmental Bureau, Brussels

The closing remarks were delivered by Stefan Kohler, President of the EUL.
